Corey Intentionally miscommunicates or lacks communication skills. I tried to ask the seller for 1 day extension of closing date for insurance over a week before Corey didn’t communicate it so I reached out directly to the seller who had no Idea and agreed to Amend, Corey was yelled at. He was also in Breach of Contract by failing to disclose Active Water damage which also needed to amend the contract which ended up costing the seller.
