Corey Intentionally miscommunicates or lacks communication skills. I tried to ask the seller for 1 day extension of closing date for insurance over a week before Corey didn’t communicate it so I reached out directly to the seller who had no Idea and agreed to Amend, Corey was yelled at. He was also in Breach of Contract by failing to disclose Active Water damage which also needed to amend the contract which ended up costing the seller.

Corey Feldman when trying to sell 611 lacked due diligence since he was not bringing in qualified people to the co op board for approval and should have verified the buyers more. He also didn’t disclose active water damage and broken kitchen utilities which financially harmed the seller after final walkthrough in the form of an amendment to the contract making them responsible.
