The consultation / assessment session went well but that was all. Everything after that is a disaster. No formal report was provided in spite of the high cost. Most of all, in spite being told videos and information on strengthening exercises will be provided, these were never received even after multiple calls and visit to the inadequate reception for such. I’ve wasted 3 weeks of my time which I could have progressed elsewhere.
Had an appointment today with Ria. She is always professional, friendly & so good at what she does. Thanks Ria!!
I have had expert care from Ria at the Feet People for several different foot issues with a great recovery allowing return to normal activities. Highly recommended.
I took my 11 year old for an assessment with Steph - who is an amazing practitioner and immediately made my daughter feel comfortable. Steph has that skill of explaining the issues in language the parent needs while also mindful of keeping the child in the loop and reassured. Very impressive!
