most fantastic and very convenient... as many classes as you want for a low cost.... can't wait till tonight... my favorite is Sunday

It's nice being a member of a gym where you are not just a number.

I went to two classes yesterday. I am feeling it today, but I have no regrets. I decided it was time to do something. I met Michelle (the owner) through Facebook a few years back. I watched this magnificent woman bring her dream to life. I watched as she taught classes at various locations. I watched as she opened her own gym. Couldn't be more inspired by owner/operator Michelle with her impact on the community, not only since the opening of the beautiful brick and mortar location that is TFGF, but for the years of effort put forth in her education and dedication to bringing her healthy and active lifestyle locally. Truly enjoy the array of classes available as well as the tanning/salon & spa offerings. Love!
