Dr. Kristen and Dr. Rob have both been great. As a patient of Dr. Kristen’s for many years, I’ve had so many positive experiences. When I first became a patient I had a referral. I had to call a few times but was able to get in fairly quick after we connected. They both have very specialized skill sets that many other therapists don’t have, which is why I looked into them in the first place. Very concerning that when you reach out needing therapy, the office doesn't call you back. Really reflects badly on the Counselling business. Absolutely no communication whatsoever. I'd suggest calling somewhere else.
The most unprofessional “office” I’ve ever encountered. They answer the phone or return your call maybe 1 out of 10 calls. She was late to every appointment... would reschedule appointments last minute and then charge ME. I’m more depressed and suicidal now than I was before I started seeing her. Has a lot going on in her personal life which she discusses during sessions!!! Definitely doesn’t seem like she should be helping anyone but herself.
