I was already in the process of refinancing my mortgage with the lender I was already with. Things were moving at a snails pace and I was anything but satisfied. I was getting at least 10 phone calls daily from banks trying to get me to refinance. It got to the point where I stopped answering unknown calls. It was a great experience. I definitely felt the support of the Mortgage Banker. He made himself available not matter the concern or question.
************************* is terrific. I have used him before and would never think of going anywhere for mortgage service.
Be aware of this business. VP of the ********** ** branch (***************************) tried to not only rip me with $14k on a loan, but he became unresponsive when I asked him to cancel my loan and refund my appraisal fee (That never took a place). This business is all about stealing your money and run away. Extremely poor customer service all around and very uneducated loan officers that try to to get you into a loan you would regret for the rest of your life.
Great experience! I was extremely happy with my loan representative. He was extremely knowledgeable and had great communication skills. I didnt care for the time of day they wanted me to close, but other then that it was an outstanding experience! Id highly recommend them.
