Initially I searched on the web to find the best interest rate for my investment property and found FSB provides the best rate I can find, which was *****% as of June 8, 2022.But the next day, the Banker said the interest rate is ****% because my loan doesn't fit with the product, even though I gave the necessary information to decide what product I need.I was kind of OK with that initially, which the banker may miss, though.Then when I got the loan estimate doc later, and the rate went up again to 5.0% and the banker said t... read more

The team was very helpful and communicative during the whole process which made everything go quite smoothly. They were patient and understanding with delays in getting necessary documents and were always available when I had questions. When there was an issue that came up, they worked hard to make it right. I have now done both my first mortgage and refinance with Federal Savings and would go through them again if I ever needed to.
