Federal savings bank and our banker were very professional and knowledgeable . Answered all questions and always called back immediately.This was the fastest and smoothest Refi We have ever done. I would give my banker 10 stars if I could.
Still waiting *****************************, Senior Vice President to call me back about my VA Loan. This is the second time *** waited over a week for her to get back to me. Its funny because her page on the website says she prides herself for knowledge of VA Loans and her focus is to help the Veterans. Whats even worse is that this company is suppose to be Veteran owned as well. ************ did a phenomenal job with our home lending process from start to finish. She is a consummate professional and will hand any of your needs with complete transparency. Getting a home loan is a process that takes time and patience, many things can happen unexpectedly. This is where **** did a outstanding job with keeping us informed and answering our calls in a timely manner. The Federal Savings Bank is luck to have an employee such as **** because she is a valuable asset!
Started a mortgage loan with them in May. As of November 9, 2023 nothing has happened. I had to pay for an appraisal and termite inspection, which I am out over $600. They never contacted me to say that my loan was approved or disapproved. As of today I am still waiting to hear from them. I would not recommend them at all.

***** was great... He was a major part to ensure the process was successful...
*** was a fantastic banker from start to finish. We came in with a very rushed closing and bad taste of previous lenders and were very happy when we were told we wouldn't have to move back our closing date. He was very communicative and friendly from our first interaction with him via phone to our closing where we were able to meet him in person. All in all, I truly think that after our experience with *** and his team we will never look elsewhere for any future lending needs.
Illegally accessed my credit profile without my consent resulting in an unauthorized inquiry. ************************* contacted me by phone I inquired about HELOC. This is by far one of the worst experiences I have ever w/ a banking institution as they are dishonest, greedy, unethical and unprofessional.
