Mr. Dobbs and his team were outstanding. The process took longer than anticipated but that was at least, in part, due to covid. Overall I am very satisfied.
Our loan was not closed as quickly as we had anticipated due to some issues with some of our credit and a few changes we requested along the way. Austin Downs was our banker after a while into my loan process. He is extremely knowledgeable in the loan industry and helped me every step of the way by educating me about what was going on at the time. Patrick and John were fantastic! Great communication and knowledgeable however the process was frustrating with the VA loan. Things continued to change and fees added by the VA and at every step something else was needed repeatedly. Once closed it took awhile for it to be processed and we ended up not getting the cash out until after the new year.
