*** was very helpful, easy to communicate with and was always available. It made my first refinance very comfortable.
I have no idea how they maintain an A+ rating, nor do I understand why the Federal Government or VA recommends them. They make an atrocious amount of money for doing paperwork! They HAVE NO check list. It took them 6 weeks to get my property, that I already own refinanced. I really, really, really wish the VA would stop recommending them. It literally cost me 27% of what I pulled out in equity, for them to take their time to get me done! Worst financial institution that I have ever worked with.
