The worst finance department I have ever worked with! I have tried for 4 months to have their tax dept get my bill corrected. They have done nothing. Looking for a better place. Somewhere where they actually help you.
This place is a scam, Vets stay away. They send out deceptive marketing with BS expiration notices with no branding on the envelope to get you to open it. Then they pull some bull reasoning as to why there is a arbitrary expiration date. Vets, go somewhere else, you owe it to yourself to not get scammed. Update To the owner, you are assosiated with a company that preys on vets. If it's just a coincidence your logo is the same as all the other federal savings bank lenders who prey on vets I suggest you change your logo.
Maggie was a delight.. She understood my trepidation and answered every 'what if' question. It was obvious she had been doing this for some time and my Mortgage went through in under 30 days. Very knowledgeable and personable.
