I rented a coop in manhattan and Fay was the broker for the unit. She was very organized and helpful throughout the process, especially given that coop applications are a lot more involved than regular applications- she responded quickly, gave specific guidance to make sure I was approved, and even answered questions the first couple weeks after I arrived in the unit. If I was looking for a broker to find an apartment in the future, I would choose her.
It was a true pleasure working with Fay on this transaction. Ms. Curtis went above and beyond for her client, demonstrating exceptional dedication throughout the process. Although we encountered several challenges along the way, each was met with professionalism, care, and determination.
