All I wanted to do was cash a check. It took 20 minutes just to do so, the walk in option isn't even available any more. There was one person working 2 drive thrus, and the lady took her sweet time with 4 cars in line. I'm about to switch banks if this is standard for customer service.
ever since they closed down their in person service, drive thru has always been a pain.
SUCH nice people. Nice, clean lobby. Very professional but still very friendly. People know you by name. Would definitely recommend.
