Fitness and Sports Training started as an #idea back in 2013. This idea was to help #Athletes soar in their perspective #sport. In 2015 I created a #businessplan to attack a 3 year plan. Since then, I have traveled ALL OVER the #lowcountry area using different fields, parks, gyms, and any where safe to train clients on how to maximize their #AthleticPerformance. I have been training with Reggie for years. He is wonderful and really knows his stuff. Reggie and the FAST trainers have helped me gain both physical and mental strength, I am constantly learning new ways to improve and different ways to push myself. The classes never feel repetitive and can adjust to all fitness levels and ages. Coach Reggie and his facility, F.A.S.T., are truly a blessing for my son and our family. He’s hands down the best trainer around, and the impact he’s had on my son’s development, both as an athlete and a person is unmatched. For all the athletes out there scrolling through trainers online, if you’re in the Charleston area, trust me, it’s worth the sacrifice to make the trip to work with him. The results speak for themselves!
