I contacted this firm I believe November 15 or 16 of this year. Toni was really nice. She talked to me about what the process was for court and sent me a confirmation email for the date, time and location of my hearing. My hearing date came and I showed up at 830am (15 minutes earlier than the time she asked me to meet her there). The docket was extra long and began at 9.
