Great neighborhood
I love all the green space and trees and how dog friendly it is. It feels like a community more than just a neighborhood. People look out for each other here. The fire pit is a great place to socialize with friends.
From the second floor of our home, we can see the Collegiate Peaks to the west and the Midland "hills" to the east. Very early on spring and summer mornings, we can hear the Arkansas River. And in the afternoons, we delight in the happy sounds of children playing together in the common areas. We're connected by trails to shopping and restaurants on Highway 24, Main Street and South Main, yet when most of Buena Vista is busy with visitors, it's still peaceful here. Massively overpriced for the quality of product. Better to get mobile home but unfortunately the City has banned the use of them in it limits. GREAT place for displaced Californians with tons of cash!
