We had a scheduled appointment at 10:30am for oil change and general overall check of the car today. We didn't get to leave with our car til about 2:20pm. The time frame of 3-4 hours for this schedule was very disappointing. We spoke to another customer that we know who also waited over 3 hours for her similar service on this same day. Service writer hardly apologized when we expressed our frustration, only stating to us earlier that it was chaotic back in the service area.
