Do not trust this service department! You will definitely over pay or pay for things you don’t need. I got frustrated with them took my vehicle to another dealer and my vehicle was fixed under warranty as opposed to giving Faricy Boys $4100! Three of the items they told me needed to be repaired or replaced were confirmed to not be an issue by the other dealer. Try Perkins motors in Colorado Springs…. they are a great dealer to work with.
Great service. Rachel is amazing, working to bridge any gap any Service Advisor may have. Christopher and the other Service Advisors always welcome me by name. Feels like a family experience.
