Harlan and his parts department team are amazing! I needed a part this week and, not only was he incredibly helpful, but helped me out while waiting for it to come in. When I finally got down there, I had the pleasure of meeting GM Brandon. Awesome group of people & how nice to have something in the Arkansas Valley and not have to go to Denver. Thank you guys!!!!
Completely disappointed. Person showed me the price at $210 for car oil change with tire rotation. I assumed it all included but at end of bill. I had to paid $300. $50 extra fees and $30 on tire rotation but the price that worker should show me at 240. Not 210. With hidden prices like that. You lost your customer. Don't lie to me and hide price on purpose then keep double down and say tires rotation was $30 but you in fact lied to me in first place and was very extremely unprofessional
