In 1942, our grandfather Owen Faricy started a small dealership in Pueblo, Colorado, and since then we have represented dozens of brands over the years, including nearly every American brand right here in Salida since acquiring this store on September 29, 2021. My GM Yukon Denali engine failed after 8000 miles from a systemic problem. When Faricy Boys became aware of the problem, they stepped up and gave me a very good deal on a Ford Expedition. I feel like I was not out of pocket and they saved me months in trying to get the GM car fixed.
I've given their service department a chance 3 times now and have been let down by the service advisor as well as the costs all 3 times. I have never been given a straight answer when trying to get a quote, have been grossly over charged and they are degrading to women. Women just don't go there! I was hoping I could find reliability and honesty in our small town, but I will be taking my business and service elsewhere!
KC, Mark and the crew at Faricy Boys in Salida are top tier. Honest, polite, efficient and very easy to work with. Totally different than any dealership in Colo Spgs or Denver. We bought a Dodge Ram, received a fair deal on our trade-in, finance was straight forward and easy, did this all in a few hours and drove out much happier than when we got there. We are so glad we made the drive to Salida after hours of frustration in Colo Spgs and Denver
This is the second truck we have bought in the past 4 years and Jasmine was our salesperson for both trucks. Could not be happier with the truck and Jasmine delivered both trucks to our house. Talking about easy, we didn't even have to leave our house. The whole experience was a 10. Thank you, Jasmine, we will see you again in 4 years.
Jeremy C. and the service department did an amazing job. My vehicle was towed to the dealership. They were incredibly professional, helpful and communicated throughout the process by phone and txt. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. They went above and beyond. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
