The Fan group help me rent and manage my property . We have cooperated several times since 2025. The property manager is professional and responsible,very respondsive . They helped me find suitable tenants. I recommend their team.
Terrible greedy group that is at the heart of the problems with the rental market in Halifax. Attempted to force an illegal rental increase of nearly 20% to a family and threatened to sell the house they were staying in if they didn't agree to the terms. When the tenants pushed back these people sold the place. Who could in good conscience do this to people? There's a CBC interview covering this
This company provided a leased space to us on behalf of its client, and the space came with free flies, filth, and owners items for storage against our knowledge that the items were destined to stay there. Please be careful dealing with them, they move too fast to be diligent.
