I called in to check the prices and details for gifted assessment to both of their locations and they had no clue about the tests and didn’t even know if they do the tests, please educate your front desks about the services you provide and right prices and hours of the same. Your crowfoot location said the gifted assessment for a toddler is 12 hrs and it’s an hourly charge of $250 and total is $3000. That is not even the standard charge for a WPPSI - IV

I am extremely dissatisfied with the outcome of my daughter’s psychology assessment from last school year. The psychologist was very rude to us by the end of the process, which already left a bad impression. On top of that, I recently learned that she entered the wrong coding on the report — something my daughter’s current school had to point out.
