Absolutely ridiculous. I just wanted to know why my billing estimate was 100s more than what they told me at the front office, and it is impossible to reach them! And yes I did call the general customer service line, they referred me to this office, which bounced me back to the customer service line. The only way I could get in touch with them was through the option to make an appointment, this tells me all this office cares about is getting new patients, and then overcharging you, and then making it impossible to ask them a... read more
