This would've been my second appointment with this practice as I have just attended for an appointment with Dr Jo which didn't happen. Waited 40 minutes and nobody bothered with me. I just sat there like a complete idiot watching people arrive after me leave before me. Had to leave as had another appointment so went to reception to advise them, they couldn't care less when I said I was leaving, no apology, no offer to re-book not even a goodbye. More focused on making money than patient care.
Just made me wait an hour to see a doctor to get test results back, was charged $91 to be told he didn’t even have the results back. Reception was rude on top of that and so far from understanding.
Absolutely disgraceful. A simple pathology test. Was told, "just take a seat, won't be long". 45 minutes later I asked about time delay, was told "there are still a couple before you ". I have watched 6 people go into pathology room since then. The air-conditioning is freezing. The screeching receptionist has asked people loudly what they want to see a doctor for...none of her business....
