Our first time visiting this place. Its very clean and I have a very active 4yr old grandson who loved it. I think the entry fee is comparable to most indoor kids playgrounds in Tarrant County. Very clean. Staff is very friendly. Kids love it
The play center is very good and clean. However, they should post their open hours on the window. Also, their staff was late and we were not able to get in until 10:12am when it is supposed to be open at 10:00am.
This place is an absolute joke. The fact that they charge parents just to go inside and supervise their own kids—especially toddlers under three—is outrageous. Nowhere was that clearly communicated until I was already inside. The price is printed tiny on the door, and no one tells you when you walk in that you’ll be expected to pay just to exist next to your child. What parent is going to leave a toddler alone?
