I have a non profit childcare facility. Called schedule a date and the total agreed upon was 12 a child, we were charged 18 a child due to taking a much smaller group that is more than what normal admission is, I called and spoke with management. She was extremely rude, and in the end she hung the phone up on me.

During our visit, there was a broken plastic handle in the play area with sharp edges that was accessible to children. My child was injured after coming into contact with it. This situation highlights the importance of regular inspection and timely maintenance of equipment in children’s play areas. It’s a great place to bring your kids to play but the downside is the restroom situation. They don’t offer restrooms so you have to ethier go to JCPenney (which are dirty) or the food court. Honestly it’s a bit inconvenience. I know there is a restroom on site consider letting just customers using it.
