They are so good with my dog. They listen and want to do the best for your pet.
Very sad experience with Dr. Hopkins. The rest of the staff were good though. Over the course of several months Hopkins dismissed my dog's weight loss and bowel conditions as "old age". Long story short, when an xray was finally done, it revealed a large tumor. After this diagnosis, Hopkins was quick to do nothing with us. Didn't even help us get an appointment with specialty vets. I had previously felt that during our visits there I felt she didn't have good bedside manners, always rushed and quick to diagnose, not thorough... read more
Always warm and welcoming front desk - the practice is run very well and effeciently. Professional through and through. The docs and techs really care about the fur babies. Highly recommend!
Dr. Valais and staff have been treating my dog's injury successfully so she will not need surgery.
