I am so grateful for everyone at Family Pet who all take such good care of my two chihuahuas, Maya and Saffron. Doctor Jenna Chavez truly takes extra time to consider all of our concerns and offer counsel and care. She recently put our worries at ease for Saffron's collapsing trachea and I know she is always there to answer any questions I have. She lets me know I am never a bother. I brought my cat in for recent loss of vision. Two consecutive appointments in two days with Dr. Jenna Chavez, and I left both times with nothing accomplished. The first visit was a superficial physical exam, after which I was told the actual diagnostic tests couldn’t be performed because it was too late in the day. I was charged for the visit and asked to come back. They always take great care of our two cats!
Been coming here for 15+ years, have always been treated kindly. I just had a very sick cat, that we had to lay to rest and they were compassionate and kind, treated my cat and I with respect and care. Thank you Dr. Chavez, Gavin and The Whole team.
Dr. Schneider and her team has cared for my family's pets for almost 20 years. They have always gone above and beyond from meeting us early to teaching us how to do home care and everything in between.
