I was unhappy with the aeration I received and when I called to set up the first appointment I was told by ***** the office admin, that their crew would be at my house by mid morning. and they showed up mid-afternoon., which ruined my families Saturday afternoon plans. When I tried to schedule the redo of the aeration after I contacted them regarding the poor job initially done, all they would give me was a 12 hour window and I decided to declined the redo because I had plans and was not willing to change them for a 12 hour ... read more
