BUYER BEWARE!!! Murray, Ardene and Bernie switched out and stole my family 1.5 ct diamond. I couldn’t believe it when I picked up my ring for repair. (Repair was a horrible job!). They switched out my original diamond to a smaller diamond. I noticed it right away!!! Murray tried to assault me after I asked for my diamond back! I’m warning others of my horrific experience with Murray, Ardene and Bernie at The Family Jeweler.

I have taken many items into Murray to be repaired. He has always returned my jewelry, watches, etc. quickly and for a reasonable price. I adore his sense of humor, which can definitely be misunderstood. My biggest beef is that he doesn't carry the kind of jewelry I like.

ZERO STARS....if it was possible. BEWARE - DO NOT GO IN THIS STORE. The owner, Murray Margolis is one of the absolute rudest people alive. He obviously doesn't like people and has no business running a business. I bought jewelry in for a repair and when it was there for 45 days he left me the nastiest, most unprofessional message that I have ever heard a so called business state.
