Dr. Jennifer Hall is the best. She super personable, witty and a straight shooter. She is very through doesn't rush through your appointment what-so-ever and makes sure all of your questions are answered before moving onto the next patient. Occasionally I have had to wait a few mins in the room but I never mind because I know she's giving the patient before me the same great care and she always apologizes even though the wait is less than every other dr. office by far. I cannot say enough bad things about this office and the Asheville branch. Disappointing 'support' from office staff. So RUDE. Twice I've called in to request my medical records be mailed to me and on my second call they have no record of my first call, when I express concerned about this, the woman I spoke with, Shannon, was quite rude to me and even raised her voice. I do not recommend this doctor's office. Shockingly, I still have not received my records and today spent another 30 minutes on hold being transferred around ... read more
I love this team. I've been a patient of Dr. KUROWSKI FOR CLOSE TO 20 yrs. He is the best doctor. He listens, and follows up and thru. He cares and show it. The nurses are amazing 👏🏽 they are so sweet.
