Worst experience ever today. Appt at 8:45 now 9:40 and still no doctor. Only needing prescriptions refilled. Lord help if I had actually been sick! 24 years with family doctors. I see a change coming soon. Staff not friendly here says working new system learning as we go. Is there s new system for manners?
