Professional, friendly, caring, takes time to answer questions... Thankful for them!
Dr. Patterson takes time to ask lots of questions and then follows up with lots of answers. He is a Dr. that asks what are your challenges, where are you with those challenges, what do you want to accomplish then gives you what you need so you can create a game plan and make that game plan happen. If you want to take back control of your life and have the info you need to make decisions about your own medical treatment, then Dr. Patterson is the doctor to go see.
Just moved to NC and was looking for a PCP. Met a woman who highly recommended this doctor. Saw online that they were taking new patients. Filled out my paperwork and turned it into the office in person. Website said it could take up to two weeks for an appt. Three weeks passed and I never heard from them. Left a voicemail on their machine but no call back. I called them and they stated they didn't get a voicemail. They also stated they haven't been accepting new patients for over a month!!!! Absolutely the best practice, staff and doctor I have ever seen. Dr P truly cares about his patients and his profession, more than I have ever seen with any other doctor. The staff never has a bad day, always pleasant and cheerful.
