My counselor was good. However I took a trip out of state and had informed her AND the office staff that I wouldn’t be able to keep the 2 overlapping appointments. Was told LEGALLY cannot have Telehealth when in different states. They proceeded to charge me 2 fees, presumably “no shows” for $100 each while I was away. I’ve called at least 10 times, left msgs, nobody replies. It’s fraudulent since it’s illegal to do Telehealth out of state. I informed them well in advance.
