During the CP intake, they were hostile and rude towards the CP who inquired about their protocols and practices. The supervisor stated she felt like she was being interrogated and was “uncomfortable” answering questions. A parent has the right to inquire about the situation their child is being placed in through a family court order. Great facility with wonderful people who care!
I would just like to start by saying these negative reviews are completely wrong about the family center, I have been in parenting classes and supervised visits for 8 weeks now. From day one until today everyone and I mean everyone who works for the family center have been nothing but professional, understanding, and been a tremendous support for me. These people are rude and have no compassion for anyone . They need to be shut down as a family center. They are only about themselves and not family.
The behavior of the social workers are bad. They have grossly racially discriminated against me each time I have gone to the center, either in Robertsdale or Mobile.They have always favored the other parent over me no matter how hard I try to be cordial and compliant to their rules. All I ever wanted to do is spend time with my children and they have made it so difficult to do so. I strongly disapprove The Family Center.
