Great facility with wonderful people who care!
I would just like to start by saying these negative reviews are completely wrong about the family center, I have been in parenting classes and supervised visits for 8 weeks now. From day one until today everyone and I mean everyone who works for the family center have been nothing but professional, understanding, and been a tremendous support for me. These people are rude and have no compassion for anyone . They need to be shut down as a family center. They are only about themselves and not family.
The behavior of the social workers are bad. They have grossly racially discriminated against me each time I have gone to the center, either in Robertsdale or Mobile.They have always favored the other parent over me no matter how hard I try to be cordial and compliant to their rules. All I ever wanted to do is spend time with my children and they have made it so difficult to do so. I strongly disapprove The Family Center.
It has been my experience that the staff in particular Tammy operates in a biased and unfair manner. She spent countless time with my ex who was ordered to have supervised visits and has been diagnosed by a Doctor to be a narcissist. During this time he was able to influence her against me and so far as to say lies about me and get the staff director to write a letter to the judge in my case without even once talking to me to get my side of the story.
