The counselors here will tell you what you want to hear and possibly make things worse than what it is, depending on your situation. The staff are stuck up and don't their job. They never called me back and made an appointment for me. They are indeed more so after the money than trying to actually help you. The majority, that is! It's no sugar coating anything with this facility. Just try to help yourself on your own because in the end, you'll wish that you did to begin with!
