Horrible place… Took my 8 months old there and their doctors couldn’t even diagnose a ear infection… very unprofessional and lack common knowledge worst part is she was up there twice in one week and they still couldn’t diagnose her… got told it was “adhd”

I wouldn't even leave a star if it was an option. This place is going down the toilet. Took my son because he was running a high fever. For this place being an URGENT care it took 45 minutes to check in they when the doctor seen him he said he had bad breath well we was in a hurry to get this checked out and it hurt my son's feelings with him saying that. So if I was yall dont take your children here they only want the money

12/27/25. My son has been popping a fever off and on, runny nose of a night and a productive cough. 2 times now we have been called while on the way to the appointment just for them to tell us to take him to the ER…………. THATS NOT WHAT THE EMERGENCY ROOM IS FOR!!!!!!! Falls Pediatrics……… PEDIATRICS!!! Told us that it could be spinal meningitis…. And that the ER could do a “full panel” including a lumbar puncture if needed. If flu like symptoms points towards meningitis then dear god help us all who have kids with flu like sym... read more
