12/27/25. My son has been popping a fever off and on, runny nose of a night and a productive cough. 2 times now we have been called while on the way to the appointment just for them to tell us to take him to the ER…………. THATS NOT WHAT THE EMERGENCY ROOM IS FOR!!!!!!! Falls Pediatrics……… PEDIATRICS!!! Told us that it could be spinal meningitis…. And that the ER could do a “full panel” including a lumbar puncture if needed. If flu like symptoms points towards meningitis then dear god help us all who have kids with flu like sym... read more

We brought our 4 month old in on a Sunday due to her being sick. The nurse was very kind, and sweet with our girl. The doctor was amazing. He was so thorough, kind, and funny. He explained things so well, and even came back to talk to use about other concerns. 10/10 recommend, and I will be back if we need weekend services.

I’ve never felt compelled to leave a review, but this was beyond frustrating. The person handling calls and appointments is shockingly incompetent and unprofessional. She the call on speakerphone without warning, clearly has no idea how to do her job, and is undoubtedly rude. Dealing with her was an absolute ordeal, completely unacceptable
