We had a beautiful stay at the Falls in Montville. Allan and Arnya were very friendly and accomodating hosts, there were lots of considerations offered throughout our stay, help with luggage, breakfast provisions, fresh pastries, fresh roses in the cabin. Our cabin was very cosy and homey but spacious and was very clean. The property is well taken care of and felt secluded making for a great romantic get away. My partner and I stayed in the Pink Ash Cottage for 3 nights. It was quite a walk from the car park however it was a nice walk through lush greenery. Allan the owner is really friendly, informative and helpful with all aspects of your stay. The rooms come with all your essentials ie coffee, tea, fresh juice, bacon, eggs, mushrooms, fresh local yoghurt and butter + fresh hard crust soft bread. The one thing I wish I knew when booking this accommodation was that it’s a long steep walk down a old timber ramp with no roof to and from the car to our cabin, rain hail or shine and unfortunately it was wet for our stay which meant we didn’t get to go out to dinner in town like we had hoped. The staff were great, the cabin was lovely and the food and drinks supplied were amazing. Absolutely stellar service. As much as I was looking forward to enjoying the beauty, peace and serenity, I had a personal matter that needed attending. I was met with warmth and compassion by the owner (a truly delightful man), and he was swift in approving a full refund. Service like this is like it ought to be; is what it used to be. There is zero doubt in my mind that you will not have your every need met at The Falls.
