I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and access to amenities at The Falls Community Association. Every time I try to call the office, I’m sent straight to voicemail with no return call although they say they’ll call back. I’ve made multiple attempts just to get a simple answer about the pool. What’s even more frustrating is that the sign by the pool says it’s open and on google it says open, yet the gate is always locked when I walk over. Moved here about a year & a half ago. Coming from out of state and not knowing anyone, Kat has always been so helpful and very welcoming. Great place! Love it here!!
This community is a dump. High dues and no amenities. The property manager Kat is in a romantic relationship with the snow plow guy who conveniently is awarded all the snow plowing contracts???
