It's over priced for what you get from management especially with maintenance the good ones don't last
My wife and I have lived here for about 4 years and we love it here the community the property management our neighbors all so very friendly I recommend it to anyone looking for a great home
The scenery is beautiful and the neighborhood is perfect also in the winter months it’s the best. It’s like a winter wonderland. We had the best memories here and we hope to come back again.
I accidentally dropped my keys down the sewer gate on the street, Luis was very quick with removing the gate and retrieving my keys while the city did nothing, great service. He also installed a new washing machine in my apartment a few weeks ago and was in and out within 15 minutes.
We have lived here for a few years now, the staff and maintenance are amazing. Shout out to Louis, he goes above and beyond fixing things.
