We have lived here for a few years now, the staff and maintenance are amazing. Shout out to Louis, he goes above and beyond fixing things.
Repeated leaks and mold for most of my lease. Maintenance painted over mold more than once; later admitted leaks/mold stemmed from above my unit and was extremely slow to remediate since unit above me was a condo. Management refused to waive last month rent when I asked to end lease early despite ongoing issues. Charged $101.76 for a microwave handle at move-out which seems excessive. I paid over $1,400/mo on time/early and still had to live with mentioned issues. Would not recommend.
I have lived in a few apartments over the past few years and they never really felt like home until I moved here. I had to downsize and I moved to the falls into a 1 bed that I share with my son, and the unit is spacious enough that I can have my room in the living room. The community is well kept, the staff are amazing and super helpful, the other renters are friendly, and I feel safe here; a big change from my last apartment.
Not very impressed with this apartment or the staff.
We rented a 2 bed, 2 bath on the first floor, overall it looked nice but upon moving in, literally all the closet doors were either coming off the hinges or extremely difficult to open and close. Cabinets in kitchen and bathroom did not stay closed we had to tape them to keep them shut. The amount of bugs (Rollie pollies) that we found by the sliding door every single day was absolutely insane. We put in a maintenance request for the apartment to be sprayed… no one ever showed up.
