Just moved here a few months ago & I love it. Everything is great and as nice as advertised! The maintenance guy LUIS is awesome! Super nice and does a great job , always on time and quick. Super respectful HE NEEDS A PROMOTION! Haha. 😂 He goes above and beyond to solve any issues.
Maintenance is great especially luis helped with all of our questions and fixed multiple issues same day
Stay away. Turned down due to financials would not upload in there state. After a run around for a month finally gave up. Took numerous calls to get application fee refunded but when the $100 application fee refund check was returned. A stop payment was put on the check. Oh and an apartment was found nearby and approved in 24 hours. The falls staff cannot be trusted
