Rented for 2 years from here. First moved in and rent was a little over priced but we were told that there was improvements looking to be made to the buildings. Our building alone had multiple carpet stains in hallways and clearly the halls needed to be painted . Over the first year the focus seemed to be on the new club house. First lease renewal came up bf they raised it by 200 bucks. Stay away from even applying for this place!!! Unpleasant process on all levels. I would give it 0 stars if possible. Mine was a bad experience compared to other newer places in town! If you have a choice, don’t choose this place and save your self time and effort to communicate with brick walls
AS AN AFRICAN AMERICAN Or any BLACK decent, this isnt a place for Us. Management & even maintenance may seem friendly but are certainly racist. They will gladly move you in & put you right out with no reasoning. And their reason be : "IN KENOSHA THEY DONT HAVE TO GIVE A REASON TO NOT RENEW" how convenient? And if you're late on the last month's rent ((without any other past fees)) will try to file for eviction. Besides that, the properties are nice. Very quiet. We paid them a 300 dollar money order for a deposit on are garage. Now Leah has the nerve to say we never paid it because they for got to put it on the ledger and refusing to give us our deposit back for it. I ask did they cash the money order she said yes and then in the same sentence said we wasn’t charged even though they cashed it. So these people are liars , scammers, all together the worst complex to deal with in Kenosha WI! I reporting them to the Wisconsin tenant they lied to us every chance they could first charging... read more
