I have been here at The Falls going on 9 years in this coming August. I have had a pleasant experience here. I’m not real happy with Horizons idea of not taking a poll of the residents on the internet idea. The residents here appreciate Moe so much for all he does. He is very well liked because he is so nice, funny and respectful!! Shari, the office manager, is very kind, easy to deal with and the residents are very pleased with her, also!! She goes above and beyond, as well as Moe does!!!
You guys are 10/10 To everyone that is considering to move here , don't be afraid of anything they are : clean, friendly, quiet, best customer service...

I’ve had such a great experience living here, and a huge part of that is thanks to our property manager, Shari. She truly goes above and beyond for the residents and brings such a positive, welcoming energy to the community. You can tell she genuinely cares about everyone here and works hard to make sure we’re all taken care of.
