Newly renovated but still the same management team who treats this place as a business and forgets it's people's home. Constant emails threatening lease violations for parking, snow plow, kids outside, pool area, pets, etc. You cannot live peacefully without them finding a reason to be upset. Management is poorly run and never available. Barely gives 24hours notice before entering your apartment unit. They'll raise rent comically high to push out older tenants so they can cheaply renovate the unit for a more desirable tenant... read more
Well kept up place. Very happy with just about all.However, Hope they get consistent life guards for the pool and aren't closed on great days again this year.
