Living at The falls has been of a great experience for my family and I. From the management to each individual that works for the management, especially the youngman at the front desk, they're awesome. There's one thing that stands out, their maintenance team, very friendly....very quick to respond to issues that are reported and they come in ASAP whatever the time is and always at your call. Great place to live with a real sense of community. Most neighbors are friendly, and the location is perfect and you can walk to restaurants, grocery stores, doctors, dentists, the mall, and even downtown. Gyms are just a short drive away. The amenities are a big plus with a pool, basketball court, soccer field, lounge, and community room. The gym is smaller but has plenty of cardio equipment. If I could give this please zero stars I would. You can renovate and rebrand but it's still awful. Management doesn't care about its tenants. This is not your home, this is their business. Your privacy, rights, and peace will not be respected. It's advertised as "luxury" and "resort living" but that is the farthest thing from the truth. It's overpriced, rodent/bug infested, and poorly managed mediocre apartments.
I’ve been living in this community for nearly 17 years now. I have three children, and this is the place they’ve always known as home. They love the amenities — a pool, basketball court, soccer field, dog park, and gym — all of which my 10 and 17-year-olds make full use of. It’s truly every kid’s dream.
