Bait and switch . They have you come out thinking what you saw was what your getting . Then to get your security deposit back they mail it to you … we will see if i even get it what a scam
Safe enough to live. Not enough to get packages though. Thin walls. Smelly halls. Fine if you need a place but the laundry also sucks, the water is cold. I am excited to move. Staff is nice. Gym is nice.
I’m in my 5th year living at The Falls. The staff are amazing, attentive, they know their tenants and do their best to ensure we live as comfortably as possible. During inclement weather the maintenance team is here - making sure we can get around and out if needed, you know it’s a good sign when your dogs are excited to see them. The office team is attentive and understanding. Our units are well maintained, updated and comfortable. I enjoy living here so much I’ve recommended others close to me do the same.
