Made a great decision by choosing “ the falls “ as my new home. Everyone at the front office were great through the entire process. Ritchie was awesome showing us around during our hunt. Maintenance are all friendly and go above and beyond when something needs attention. Overall I would definitely reconnect “ the falls “ for your next move!
Love all the staff at this apartment complex The maintenance staff responds quickly and goes above and beyond as does the administrative staff. They can't be beat.
Super fast at getting my maintenance requests fixed! Great staff too. Have loved my studio as it has a very nice view. Looking forward to my new 1 bedroom coming very soon! Smooth experience.
The combination of my monthly lease and utilities, l think is above average cost.
