I've had a studio apartment for 3 or 4 years now, for me and what I'm paying it is an ideal place to live. My rent is super cheap, I have had no serious issues with my apartment and I have always had kind and respectful neighbors. The staff here is great and the maintenance team have always fixed my issues in a timely manner. Thank goodness for the Falls & Sarah!! I am a Displaced Aspen Place (Gardner) resident & had 48hrs to vacate…FOREVER. The property was 100% condemned! I really appreciate all the assistance from the Falls staff!
