I love my place at The Falls. It’s my perfect pied-a-terre in Kansas City: Centrally located, well appointed and updated. Staff are amazing, always going the extra mile for us residents. Even when I’m out of town, I know everything is OK.
They have helped get my son off on his own for the first time. Such amazing customer service.
Meeting all our needs and more! Love the staff and maintenance always helping! making our home feel like a home ☺️
Manager doesn’t realize there is rotten carpets in the hallway. Not helpful showing me all the computerized functions . Hot tub doesn’t work Trash can lids always open and stink. Sent me a questionnaire Then told me to call Maintenance . Why didn’t manager contact their employees. I can see why the only good manager quit .can’t wait till lease is up .
Very best in the whole apartment living great service when need best staff. LOOKIE LOOKIE LOOK NO MORE FOR A APARTMENT THIS IS IT ITS HOME SWEET HOME. THERE IS A SAYING PLEASE SOME OF THE PEOPLE SOME OF THE TIME. NOT HERE I AM PLEASE ALL THE TIME. MORE THAN A 5 STAR RATING LOOK TO THE SKY AT NIGHT ALL THOSE STARS. MORE THAN A APARTMENT ITS HOME AND TRULY APPRECIATE THE COMMUNITY AND STAFF.
