My experience was honestly better than any other complex I’ve dealt with. My work schedule is hectic, I’m on call 24/7 so anything could happen. She was patient with me completing all the steps needed for move in and all the questions and concerns I had she gave clear answers for. She wanted to always be clear, not vague and made sure I was understanding everything. I finalized everything and got my key today. Jason Williamson on the maintenance team did a really good job. My kitchen sink was holding water and he installed a new garbage disposal and snaked the sink. All in he was very kind and considerate and got it taken care of quickly and effectively.
Lashley was very helpful with everything necessary for my move in process. She has also been there to assist me with other matters like helping me with navigating my apps regarding The Falls. Thank you, Conjetta Coleman.
The staff is very nice and very good about getting back for questions and concerns in a timely manor. They have a great pool and it’s a wonderful area to have a dog to walk!
The best part is definitely the staff, they’ve always been super communicative and helpful and I love receiving updates of what’s going on so I am in the know. Having easy access to communication has been a game changer for me and I really appreciate them. Lashly specifically helped me get my apartment and worked with me through every step of the process.
