Adam is fantastic, attentive, kind and excellent at what he does. Don’t go anywhere else!
This was my first time getting piercings, and the whole experience was easy and enjoyable. The front desk staff were patient and helpful, taking their time as I tried different jewelry. My piercer, Adam, was very professional and kind, and answered all my questions. Everything went smoothly, and I didn't experience any pain or irritation afterward. Although the jewelry is on the pricer side, I still recommend this place.
Everyone at The Fall is really awesome!! I haven't been here in awhile because I moved, but I called them in the summer with regard to my naval jewelry and again today, I spoke with Patty, regarding my nose jewelry and they are so helpful every time. I had a great experience in shop as well. I didn't love the way my naval piercings sat and I did a walk in, and the piercer measured and said I would benefit from a shorter size, which typically has to be ordered in, which we ended up doing. everyone here was lovely, the gals at the front desk were happy to greet us and get me set up with the piercer. i was in for dermal removal which i have to say was awful but Matt made my experience as good as i think it could have been. thank a million for getting them all out so quick !!
