The amount of bikes and scooters left unattended is ridiculous. The parents don’t parent. Like please pick up after yourself. Thanks
The only enjoyable part about living here was that we had a 3rd floor apartment with a deck and a tree right outside so it was pretty in the summer. However, the neighbors are awful and as we lived there we started to see our bills slowly increase with no explanation as to why. If you have any aversions to specific smells or incense, then it's worth noting that there are lots of people here that like to burn incense and smell strongly. Save your money! It is ridiculous on how this place "takes care of" the people renting the units here. First off when the weather is nice unsupervised kids will be playing in the middle of the parking lot and will not move, throw rocks in the parking lot right next to parked cars. I have lost count on how many times I almost got hit backing out of a parking spot because people are driving so fast in the parking lot!
