Another party where the other parents are asking “where did you find her?”. Thank you so much for another memorable experience. The magic you guys provide is very real and true. There was a lot of children and chaos, I don’t know how you balanced all of it but you made each one feel special. We love making you part of our memories in our home and at public events!
I have been hosting a community event called Fairies in the Park in Brockville, ON annually since 2012. 5 years ago, I hired Tinkerbell from the Fairytale Loft to make an appearance at the event and she was a hit. In feedback from event visitors, she was the highlight of the event. Since then, Tinkerbell has come each year, now with her entourage of additional bonus fantasy characters. We had an absolutely wonderful experience with The Fairytale Loft for my daughter’s birthday! Rapunzel was incredible from start to finish and there was never a slow moment. She was energetic, engaging, and made every child (and even the adults!) feel included throughout the party. What impressed me most was how knowledgeable she was, not only about Rapunzel but also about other princesses and popular children’s characters. The Fairytale Loft provided a seamless experience from start to finish! Excellent communication and easy booking process. The characters arrived on time, stayed on schedule for our event and provided a magical experience for our guests at Once Upon a Tea. Can't wait for our next opportunity to work together!
As Organizer for Kingston Defeat Depression, they were prompt with messages, very helpful with any questions, and always kept in communication. Once on their way and as they arrived, I received messages and they were super friendly and approachable! They were receptive to any suggestions and had ideas to keep the atmosphere going. Amazing group that I would have again for any event!
