Unfortunately, our experience at this banquet hall was negative. Cleanliness was a major issue, including unclean floors, poorly maintained restrooms, and visible trash. For a venue that hosts formal events, hygiene and presentation should be a priority. Significant improvements are needed.
My security guard company; "Assured Security Corp" provided security for a customer who rented out the space for a private party. From the time she arrived we opened her car door to make her grand entrance to escorting her inside and monitoring the front entrance throughout the evening to enforce her guest list. The staff here was welcoming and inviting. I highly recommend having your next party here.
I recently had my daughter sweet 16 here. It's a beautiful hall!
I went to the Fairytale Banquet the owner was the sweetest. The service is a 10/10 I have no complain the packages comes with a lot of services. Loved my decorations. I don’t have ONE complaint
