I had the best experience touring with Josey Forney, she was very personable, easy to share concerns and just all around positive, and if I hadn’t had to move to Texas b/c of my job, I would definitely be living at the fairways, thanks for the great experience, the property is outstanding!
I’ve always passed by the fairways on my way to work, it’s always catches my eye. A couple days ago I finally went in to take a tour, I toured with Josey, the assistant manager and had the best experience, moving in Dec 13th, can’t wait!
The Fairways at Corbin Park is largely fine. You likely won't regret living here. When I first moved in I immediately noticed the apartment smelled bad. To the credit of the staff, they did attempt to make it right, having professional cleaners come out and work. Unfortunately, the smell never totally went away.
