Being a resident at The Fairway for three years was a very positive experience and only ended because work took us to a different city. Our apartment was lovely and spacious and came with a garage. The staff was responsive, efficient, and friendly. We interacted mostly with Leslie and Gary who were helpful and professional but everyone was wonderful and added to the quality of living there. I have only lived here 3 weeks and I Love it. Very quiet and great location. Management and maintenance are amazing!
Leslie was fantastic, did everything to get me a place. Gary in maintenance is great and always replies quickly. I would highly recommend this place
This was my favorite rental experience so far. Gorgeous friendly community overlooking the golf course. Maintenance & Gary were always prompt to respond to requests same day and always wanted to do right by the tenant and community. Super supportive and made my experience feel safe. Leslie w/ property management was so sweet and made me feel welcome from day 1. Zero delays with communication. Very safe and clean unit & community. Thank you all!
