Wonderful and convenient place to live! The property manager and maintenance supervisor (Leslie and Gary) are excellent to work with - always responsive and fast - well worth looking at the Fairways!! I wanted to provide an update, we had the pleasure of living here for three years and only moved out due to relocation. Leslie and Gary continued to be awesome to work with, super responsive and always there to help when needed. I would definitely live there again if I come back to the area.
I very much like living in the Fairways Community.
Leslie and Gary were very welcoming, very easy going little neighborhood. Convenience to grocery stores, highway, restaurants, and the montour trail. Had a blast looking over the golf course for sure. Will miss it, even though was there for a little bit, unexpected events happen. However, enjoyed my time for sure. Would recommend. Thank you guys!
