Great service! A big Thank You to Alfredo for being considerate and waiting for me to be present during the service to my apartment. We got a scheduled time coordinated and I appreciate that so much. Very professional and friendly! Management Staff has been great, very helpful and friendly as well. Thank you all for helping me feel at home.
Lived here for 4 years and this complex is just OK.. Pros: The location is convenient. You aren’t ever too far from anything. They have an OK fitness room and pool area and the price seems relatively competitive. The staff is also solid, no real complaints there. Cons: the speed bumps are WAY too big. Like, 5 inches off the ground in some places. - The buildings are extremely old, so don’t be surprised to see the 50x painted over walls and cabinets and stuff. This apartment complex is okay. Lived here for two years. There are some nice things. But, they do not have proper insulation on any of their windows, so your electricity bill will be high in the summer and winter as you try to regulate temperature in your home. Management is very poor with communication through and through. They have constant water shut offs and power outages and when you move out they WILL send your charges to a collections agency pretty immediately if you some how do not receive the letter of charges they... read more
