This apartment complex is okay. Lived here for two years. There are some nice things. But, they do not have proper insulation on any of their windows, so your electricity bill will be high in the summer and winter as you try to regulate temperature in your home. Management is very poor with communication through and through. Tons of roaches, bedbugs eaten my baby legs, spider bites, weed smell in the vents, have throat infection and severe dry cough because of that. Faucets dripping, garbage disposal never worked leading to dirty dishes from dishwasher. Ac never cool down apartment due to leaky windows, old vents. Faced several problems living here.
Make sure management tells you that they’re going to be shutting off your water every week before moving here. Also don’t be fooled by the 5 stars, they offer incentives so that you’ll give them a 5 stars rating.
