If you value peace and quiet, I strongly advise against moving into the Fairfax. The building is plagued by constant, disruptive dog barking, and despite multiple complaints, video proof, and follow-ups, management has failed to resolve the issue. The super does nothing. He’s awful, and ignores me whenever I send an email or have an issue.
