Absolutely fantastic service. The item, originally purchased 7 years ago, was no longer available in the colour I had purchased, Bron contacted the supplier in Kenya who in turn contacted the knitters who made me an exact replica!! Sending to Australia so I could then parcel up and send to the UK to my nephew who had lost the original monkey!what an international effort! Thank you so much Bron, 1 happy little boy

My favourite shop for gifts and lovely things for myself and my home. I especially love the O My Bag that I purchased. It looks almost as good as the day I bought it despite daily use for a couple of years, and the two strap options mean it's super versatile. The staff always know the story of the product makers and the range is high quality and beautiful. Worth a visit for a browse, a gift purchase or a treat for yourself.
